McLachlan Floral Design is an innovative design studio dedicated to creating inspired floral artistry.  Our European styled hand-tied bouquets and creatively designed arrangements incorporate an abundance of foliages to show off the beauty of the flowers.  Our style is contemporary, clean, often dramatic and always beautiful.

Whether you need flowers for a special occasion or just to brighten someone's day, we have exactly what you need.  Our arrangements are created using only the freshest flowers possible from the most reliable suppliers.  We purchase small quantities frequently to offer the longest-lasting blooms, and take great care in the handling and processing of the flowers to ensure longevity.  Clients frequently report their floral arrangements last up to three weeks!   We stand behind every arrangement sent out. 

McLachlan Floral Design is the recipient of various awards, including customer service and artistic design.

Shawna McLachlan, CAFA WPICC (www.cafachat.com ) Owner and principle designer, is an award-winning, passionate, creative artist who delights in the prospect of creating something new for each arrangement.  A graduate of the Humber College Retail Floristry program, she has spent the last 14 years immersed in the floral industry, always learning, teaching, and growing.   In 2006, she was inducted into the Canadian Academy of Floral Arts.  As an active board member , she was invited to join the small design team in Vancouver to help flower the 2009 Canadian Juno Awards.  To round out her education in the wedding industry, she has also been certified as a Wedding Planner through the Wedding Planning Institute on Canada.

Marice Rooke,  Manager, has an extensive background in marketing and advertising and has been formally trained in colour.  She has been in the floral business for 7 years and brings her keen sense of colour, fashion, and design to all the events we create.  A great resource for any one needing to spruce up their home, office, wedding or other event.
